We deliver care to patients within the I-285 perimeter in Atlanta, Ga. A travel fee will be included if the patient is located outside Atlanta’s I-285 perimeter
We only need a space large enough to fit a treatment table and an additional couple of feet for our clinicians to work
New patient paperwork must be completed prior to our arrival. Additionally, a valid government issued driver’s license or passport must be provided prior to scheduled appointment for medical records.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Patient must call 24 hours in advance to cancel or are subject to a $45 fee.
Payments can be made online through our payment tab or through any payment service application such as Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or Paypal. Cash is also accepted at time of service but must be exact amount as our team does not carry change.
Insurance is not accepted (we do have an option to provide a superbill to provide to your insurance company for out of network services.)
We are following strict guidelines to protect against the spread of COVID-19, safety and health is our top priority. Treament tables and equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after each patient. Our clinicians will wear masks while in your home or office.
